I saw this on my friend Skinny Chick Blog and couldn’t resist posting! I definitely use running as a stress reliever and I work out mainly so that I can eat whatever I want – but I’m trying to be healthy.
I’ve been a very bad blogger lately! But I promise I will try to do better!
My running had been slacking a bit lately because life has gotten in the way. I am determined to build my base back up and be stronger than ever.
Today I have a lunch time run planned with some friends at work to celebrate National Running Day! Are you running today?
Also, on a side note, have you been to Tucson? I’m going this weekend and would like tips for fun places to eat and activities!
